Earika Adams is the founder of ELA Management, an independent creative and operations company with ventures spanning editorial media, sensory experience, natural care, and academic support. Before launching ELA Management in 2023, she spent over 14 years working across education, healthcare, and hospitality, building operational systems, managing programs, and doing the kind of work that keeps organizations running.

That experience is the foundation. ELA Management exists because Earika understood, from the inside, what it takes to build something that actually functions, and what it looks like when it doesn't. The company brings that operational clarity to everything it touches, whether that is a consulting engagement, a brand launch, or a content series about the patterns that shape workplace experiences.
